Outstanding hotel, everything was wonderful, I liked staff and location. Accommodating personnel was with my request of an upgrade after an 11 hours flight form Austria. Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Chicago.

The hotel is conveniently located with beautiful views and friendly service. The room was quite small, and the air conditioning was noisy at times, which affected comfort. Great for short visits or exploring nearby attractions.

Oh man, the pizza at Land & Lake Kitchen? Total game changer-fresh and from scratch, hit the spot! Plus, the staff were super friendly and the shower was fantastic.
Now, on the flip side, the AC was louder than the city nightlife. I had hoped for a high room but scored a lower floor, which wasn't exactly what I planned. Still, it didn't ruin the vibe too much.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring Chicago, being right across the river and just a short stroll away from bustling Michigan Avenue. The staff was friendlier than a golden retriever, offering helpful tips and even checking in on us during our stay. The complimentary coffee and tea station on the second floor was like stepping into a warm hug every morning.
